I will provide you with my terms and conditions including privacy policy once we have agreed to meet. In the meantime it may be useful to know the following:
I will try to find a date and time to meet that is convenient for you. I also understand that sometimes even the best laid plans can go awry. My cancellation policy states that if you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, there will be no charge, and where possible an alternative appointment will be offered.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged at the full rate unless a suitable alternative appointment can be agreed within the same working week. If, for some reason, you miss an appointment, the full rate will be charged.
Payment will be due at the end of each session, unless you have a prior agreement (e.g. costs are paid by an insurance company). BACS (online banking) is preferred and invoices are available where required.
If you have any special requirements, e.g. disabled access, please let me know so that I can ensure the most suitable room is made available.
The number of sessions will be agreed between us once we begin to meet. Where the work is funded by a third party this agreement will include their input. You will of course remain free to discontinue with therapy at any time.
